Join IWL for a Basque Cooking Experience!

When: Tuesday, July 7 | 5:30–8:30 PM

• Arrive at 5:30 PM; class begins promptly at 6:00 PM

Where: The Basque Market 608 West Grove Street

What: Come enjoy a fun and interactive evening with a private paella cooking class just for IWL members! The night includes:

• Light pintxos (Basque-style tapas)
• A guided tasting of four wines
• Live cooking instruction and demonstration
• A take-home recipe
• Your own serving of freshly prepared paella
