Healing with Breath, Mindset, and Diet explores the science of stress and is designed to give lawyers a system for success at home and at work using simple breathing and movement techniques that can be practiced “on the mat” and “off the mat” to reduce stress and improve focus.

The course teaches attorneys how important it is to keep stress responses in check and within limits. If you’re too hyped, you can’t perform well and chronic stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system can lead to long-term physiological imbalances such as high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, digestive problems, backaches, sleep disorders, anxiety, and depression.

Resonance breathing, meditation, and yoga are ways to align the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Learning how to keep our bodies in balance promotes attorney well-being so you can stay healthy, perform better, and provide competent representation to clients.

Finally, we will look at the importance of healing the body with healthy food and deep sleep. No yoga mat required for this webinar.
