Have you ever wondered if yoga is a good fit for you? This is a great time to explore the benefits of incorporating yoga into your life as a tool to fight stress and stay healthy! Yoga is a mind and body practice that focuses on the integration of the person through the use of breath, physical postures and meditation. Who couldn’t benefit from a little self-care and love.
On November 12th, IWL is hosting a Yoga Wellness Night at Essential Hot Yoga (Broadway location). We’ve been invited to attend the 5:00 pm 60-minute Hot Yoga Class. This 60-minute class is a great introduction to the Essential Hot Yoga flow. The class combines static postures with Vinyasa flow. The room is heated and comes with a little humidity boost— fair warning, you will sweat!! This class is accessible for beginners, but is also attended by more experienced practitioners. I regularly attend classes at this studio and would be happy to discuss any questions that you might have about the style of yoga or the studio.
IWL will pay for the first 15 people to sign up for the event. RSVP now to reserve one of the 15 spots. Once those 15 spots are filled, interested participants will be waitlisted.
