Join IWL as we provide a free expungement clinic at Life’s Kitchen in Boise. We will help young adults, ages 16-25, determine if they are eligible for juvenile expungement and if they are, help them complete the petition necessary to start the expungement process. Not sure how that works? Not a problem, we’ll be providing a 1 hour CLE on the process prior to the clinic.

What: CLE and Pro Bono Opportunity

Where: Life’s Kitchen | 1025 S. Capitol Blvd. | Boise, ID 83706

When: Friday, April 21st from 12:30 to 5 pm

PLEASE REGISTER BY FRIDAY, APRIL 14th

The FREE CLE will take place from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm and will include a delicious lunch from Life's Kitchen. 1 CLE credit is pending. Judge Mark Ingram (Fifth District Magistrate Judge), and Idaho Legal Aid will teach us who is eligible for expungement and about the expungement process.

The free clinic will be open from 2 pm - 5 pm and will be staffed by IWL. You can use your new skills to help determine if someone is eligible for expungement and if so, help them complete the necessary forms. No court appearance is required and no client relationship is formed.

Life’s Kitchen is a free 16 week job and life skills training program for young adults between the ages of 16 and 20 who have significant barriers to employment. Trainees at Life’s Kitchen gain the skills necessary to find and secure employment and to live as financially independent members of our community.
