On April 20, 2024 Ada County Sheriff's Deputy Tobin Bolter was killed in the line of duty. Ada County Development Services will host the 8th Annual Kids' Duathlon this year on Saturday, September 21st. Ada County Development Services is honored to announce that, in coordination with the Ada County Sheriff's Office and the Bolter family, this event will now be known as the Tobin Bolter Memorial Kids' Duathlon. Deputy Bolter was an avid runner who was passionate about family and community, so it only seems fitting to honor him at this event, which celebrates so many of the things he loved.
The Duathlon is looking for volunteers to assist with setup, 6-10am, or take down 10am-2pm. Please RSVP with your preferred time if you are able to help!
